Q) How will my items be shipped to me?
A) Items can be shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  To figure out rates, after adding an item to your shopping cart, enter your state and zip code, hit enter and you will see your options.

Q) How are shipping costs calculated?
A) Rates are determined by USPS and UPS 's shipping calculators, which are based on the weight of the item(s) and the distance from my house to your house.

Returns

Q) What is your return policy? What if I change my mind or hate the item when I receive it?
A) Patterns are never returnable, whether they are PDF downloads or paper print outs. Once you buy / download the pattern, it's yours to keep.

However, if you buy anything else on this site, and you find flaws, or just plain don't like it, I will accept the item when you return it and will refund you the price of the item and your costs of shipping it back to me. Please let me know you are unhappy, though, before posting feedback, so I have the opportunity to make you happy!
