Cherry (also known as Cher-bear, Bear-bear, and Chubby Girl) was my family’s well loved, always happy, always smiling, fatty pants beagle. She died early in the morning on June 27th, 2008. This is my memorial tribute to her.

She is crocheted with a G hook and any worsted weight yarn, and polyfil for stuffing.  Finished size is about 6 inches in length.  I used marbles in her feet to give her weight and to make her stand up without tipping over, but this is optional. This is a slightly harder pattern than most of my patterns since in places, you are carrying and crocheting with up to 3 colors of yarn in one row.

I realize your beagle most likely does not look like her. She had unique coloring, and was called a red beagle. You may feel free to change the colors to make it look more like your beagle.

My Pattern Policy: You do not have my permission to sell or give away my patterns after you purchase them. And even though these patterns are free, you do not have my permission to pass them off as your own, or to trade them with someone else.  However, I don't mind if you sell what you make from my patterns after you make them. Please refer your friends and customers to my site so they can buy their own pattern or get their free download from me.
