Life-Like Pets -- Chi-Hula-Hula Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

Just look at these fun loving Chihuahua’s!  They’re ready to go to the beach or a luau or even just to a party.  They’re wearing their hula skirts and lei’s, which, of course makes them Chi-Hula-Hula’s.

This Chihuahua is super easy to make if you know how to read a pattern and can crochet in the round. All you need is a size G hook, about ½ a skein of worsted weight yarn, like Red Heart Super Saver,  for the dog and scraps of yarn for the lei and hula skirt; 12 mm safety eyes and a 15 mm safety animal nose and some polyfil.  The pattern includes instructions on how to make the dog, and how you can make your Chi-dog a boy, as well as the instructions for the hula skirt and lei!
